MVMS Afterschool Sign-Up Form

Beginning in the 2023/24 school year, we are asking that all students staying after school for activities (clubs, AAP, detention, extra help, etc.) fill out the Afterschool Sign Up Form. Any athlete who will be taking the late bus will need to fill out the Afterschool Sign-Up Form. Athletes who walk or are getting picked up do not need to sign up.
